August 3rd, 2012Thank you, thanks, and thank you so much to everyone who came out to a show over the past 6 weeks of touring this continent east to west and back . Ex-special thanks to our new friends Monomyth (smudge, loose, claw, scamps and lady meow) for keepin us company all the way from Kingston to Vancouver. Big thanks to Weird Canada, Sled Island, and Ottawa Explosion for putting on awesome music fests. And all the amazing bands we played with !holy crap!
Final triumph will be spending the weekend in Ducktown NB for Sappyfest! At long last, our treasured maritime summer music fest is here. We play Sunday August 5th @ the Legion with our hali/montreal playmates Each Other (midnight). On the Saturday, Cold Warps play Sappy’s Cranewood Backyard BBQ (6pm). Woofy is coming too, he has promised not to shed and slobber all over everything.

We picked up the last forgotten box of Concentration 12″‘s while in Toronto. We printed a new batch of Deformer and Lowlife Tshirts as soon as we got home. These and everything else we’ve got left are available here, and on our bandcamp.
The last week of the tour magically held the world premiere of our movie LOWLIFE at Fantasia Film Fest in Montreal. It was insane to see it on the big screen for the first time. We had a full house – thanks again to all who came out or helped us. The next scheduled screening will be in Victoria BC on Friday August 3rd. Safe to say it’s comin’ east soon.
